Our latest Dolcetto holds true to its Northern Italian reputation as a smooth, easy drinking wine that pairs especially well with a variety of foods. This vintage invites you with its rich medium ruby color and a lush nose of ripe blackberry fruit with violet, cocoa, plum and vanilla hints. On the palate discover fresh black and blue fruit, medium tannins and bright acidity with a clean finish of licorice hints. A great sipping wine, Dolcetto is perfect with cheese and salumi appetizers, Italian tomato sauce based dishes and grilled white meats like chicken and pork.
